This piece was painted in honor of the vision that I was being lifted up and protected by God's appointed angels to help me through some of the most difficult times in my life. Even in the darkness of stormy times, when I know that God is in control, I am able to see all the glorious colors of mercy and grace........Under Angel's Wings.

She has lived in different parts of the world, which has consequently affected her artistic view on life, race, and culture. Etta’s inspiration is primarily due to her relationship, eternal love, and inspiring freedom that comes from Jesus Christ.
